Guest: Prof. Jorge Perez\, former chief planner. \nFrom being known as the ‘world’s drug capital’ to become a model for innovative equitable urbanism. Jorge will share reflections on the evolution of Medellín as a city\, starting from its extreme crisis in the 1990s\, and how it built a democratic and technical process in which the city was constructed as a scene for public life.
