CREation est un programme de financement à plusieurs niveaux qui soutient des projets axés sur les forces, centrés sur la communauté et dirigés par des jeunes dans des communautés à travers le Canada. Les groupes et collectifs de jeunes de la base (composés de jeunes autochtones âgés de 15 à 29 ans) peuvent demander un financement pour soutenir des programmes et projets communautaires tout en bénéficiant d'un mentorat innovant, d'une formation et d'opportunités de renforcement des capacités. Le financement sera accordé aux projets/groupes qui cherchent à créer des changements communautaires significatifs et à accroître le bien-être, la résilience et l'engagement des jeunes autochtones.
