Que signifie l'évaluation pour votre travail ? Lorsqu'elles sont formulées de manière étroite, les questions relatives à l'impact, à la responsabilité, à la mesure et aux preuves peuvent sembler abstraites et déconnectées du travail réel que nous effectuons et de ce qui est nécessaire sur le terrain. Comment l'évaluation peut-elle permettre aux organisations et aux communautés d'apprendre et de progresser dans leur mission ? Quels types de connaissances et de données peuvent nous aider à modifier nos relations avec nos bailleurs de fonds ?

Dans cette session, nous profiterons de l'occasion pour réfléchir à la manière dont l'évaluation peut aider à faire progresser le travail des organisations et des communautés tout en contribuant à changer la dynamique du pouvoir. Ce sera l'occasion pour votre organisation de remettre en question les modèles et les processus établis, de voir le travail sous un nouvel angle, de s'attribuer le mérite des réalisations et de poser des questions courageuses.
