Le pouvoir de l'aménagement du territoire : Données et témoignages sur le bien-être

Au cours des quatre derniers mois, l'initiative Communautés en santé et les villes heureuses ont entrepris une recherche participative et un processus de narration pour explorer le pouvoir de la création de lieux. En particulier, nous nous sommes penchés sur les questions suivantes Quels sont les effets et l'héritage des initiatives communautaires et locales sur notre bien-être individuel et collectif ? Quel est le pouvoir de mettre les ressources directement entre les mains des communautés et des personnes qui les connaissent le mieux ? Comment le renforcement des capacités d'un large éventail d'organisations contribue-t-il à renforcer la résilience sociale ? Qu'avons-nous appris après avoir discuté avec plus de 100 praticiens de la création de lieux au cours de l'été ?

Cette session de 90 minutes, animée par Mitchell Reardon et Leah Karlberg de Happy Cities, partagera les résultats de ce processus de recherche explorant les intersections entre la création de lieux et le bien-être. En collaboration avec Happy Cities, trois initiatives financées par HCI - Missions Exeko, Rethink Red Deer et OurCommunityBikes - partageront leurs histoires, réflexions et apprentissages sur le rôle que jouent les initiatives communautaires dans notre résilience collective.
