VMF Winter Arts est un festival gratuit et ouvert à tous qui transforme le centre-ville de Vancouver en une galerie à ciel ouvert et une célébration de l'art, des lumières et du divertissement.

Pendant 11 jours, notre festival primé réunira des œuvres d'art public locales et internationales avec des expériences en direct - y compris de la musique, des visites, des discussions, des soirées dansantes, de la nourriture et des boissons - pour créer des liens, réfléchir et célébrer notre ville et ses diverses communautés.
