This year, it seems that winter struck overnight, and here we are in late November, bracing ourselves for another cold and dark season. However, there are still ways to enjoy the snowy season – RISE C10 invites you to Winter Whereabouts, a community event for young adults to learn how to make the most of winter in an affordable and accessible way. Join a fireside conversation facilitated by community leaders on what spaces are available for free during the winter, and how to motivate you to go outside even on the coldest of days.
